Provide end user support for hardware, software and network issues for 350-users over a six county network.  Good organizational, problem solving & customer service skills required.  Assist in setup, configure and deploy PC’s as necessary. Troubleshoot software and hardware problems as needed.  Attend IT Departmental meetings as required. Must have 1 year experience in a technology services and support position, but will consider applicant with appropriate formal technology training (i.e., A+ certification and/or completed current MCSE). Previous care experience is preferred, but not essential. The applicant must be willing to assist in protecting individuals from harming themselves and/or others in emergency situations. 

Adult recovery team - Mental Health Professional

Provide service coordination (case management) for an assigned group of persons served including coordinating and monitoring the activities of the individual treatment team; Conduct comprehensive assessment of psychiatric history, mental status, and diagnosis; Act as liaison and consult with community agencies and families to maintain coordination in the treatment process. Provide treatment, rehabilitation, and support services, with some interventions directed or performed by staff with specialty training and skills. Skills and competence to establish supportive trusting relationships with persons with severe and persistent mental illnesses and respect for client rights and personal preferences in treatment are essential. Must have a valid Florida driver’s license and meet all Center requirements for vehicle operations and transportation of clients in Center and non-Center vehicles.

Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in behavioral science required & one year work experience with adults with severe and persistent mental illnesses required or commensurate experience level. OR Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related human services discipline. Active license as a Mental Health Counselor, Clinical Social Worker, or Marriage and Family Therapist under Chapter 491 Florida Statutes, or as a Psychologist under Chapter 490 Florida Statutes. Three years experience working with severe and persistent mentally ill persons may substitute for the licensure requirement. If designated as a Vocational Specialist, a Master’s degree in rehabilitation counseling is preferred.  If designated as a Substance Abuse Specialist, two years experience in the field of substance abuse treatment is required. Salary Minimum: $23,660 (B.A. level); $31,250.00 (M.A. level).

Child Comprehensive Community Service Case Manager

Holmes/Washington/Jackson Counties: Energetic individual needed to provide assessment, planning, linking, and monitoring of services to children with serious behavioral health problems in Holmes/Washington and Jackson Counties. Link clients with available resources, monitor progress of  child client’s, provide some direct care services such as group or psychosocial rehabilitation. Requires bachelor’s degree in human services field and one year’s experience working with children with serious emotional disturbances. May have a degree out of field and three years experience working with children with serious emotional disturbance.

A reliable individual is needed in Marianna to assist persons experiencing behavioral health problems with symptom management, daily living skills, & community integration. The successful applicant must have a bachelors degree in a human services field or meet the Florida requirements as a Certified Behavioral Health Technician  (For more information go to the Florida Certification Board website: http://www.flcertificationboard.org/Certifications_Behavioral-Health.cfm) The annual base salary with a Bachelors degree base is $24,370. Base wage rate for HS graduate with the CBHT certificate is $8.00 per hour.
