recipients. Facilitate recipient's access to needed services.
Provide continued assessment of recipient's needs and resources to
update service assessment and service plan as needed. Maintain
client related documentation in accordance with Center policies and
procedures, component specific guidelines, Medicaid and contract
provisions as applicable. Initiate and participate in activities for
staff, program and Center development. Requires bachelor’s degree in
human services field and one year’s experience working with children
with serious emotional disturbances. May have a degree out of field
and three years experience working with children with serious
emotional disturbance.
