Life Management Center services are available to children, adolescents, adults, and senior adults at locations throughout our service area.
The process for new clients starts with a phone call and scheduling of an appointment for a comprehensive assessment. Following the assessment, a service plan is developed collaboratively by the individual and professional staff member and, if appropriate, other family members.
