Specialized Therapeutic Foster Care

For emotionally troubled foster children, hope is an open door to a specialized therapeutic foster home.

A family setting is the best treatment environment for a child in need. This program provides continuous one-on-one team treatment that is designed to help children develop trust, self-respect and daily living skills that will allow them to return to some type of family living. The treatment team, composed of professional foster parents and a behavioral health care specialist, works with the child through transition to the permanent living situation and stays with the family until adjustment is complete.
